I worked with Alex on an extensive redesign of the Vimeo design system. He ran the design system while my focus was solely turning those designs into code and running A/B tests. Thanks to Alex and his team, the Chroma rollout was also one of the smoothest I've seen in my over 15 years of experience. He had an understanding of the development side that made the handoff between Figma and code nearly seamless, and there was always clear and instant communication whenever we needed clarification on requirements or changes.

When Alex joined, our logged-out website experience was mostly handled by the brand design team. He stepped in quickly and rethought the entire marketing site. In doing so, he turned web design into a specialized, growth-focused function. He also took over our user testing work and made it much more robust.
